LOGIN ERROR Issue

For Players who are facing the "Login Error" upon trying to login, please double check if you have used the correct Login ID by going to this page https://exchange.cherrycredits.com/games/degames.aspx.

Below is a screenshot of the page you will be seeing and the circled + pointed Dragon Nest Login ID is the one you should be using to login to your game account.

Try changing your Dragon Nest Login ID if it doesn't work (do note that special characters are not allowed).

If after following the steps and you are still unable to login with your Dragon Nest Login ID, kindly contact the Cherry Messenger and provide them the Login ID which you are unable to login with.

Alternatively you may use your Cherrycredits ID (Email address) to login to the game.
