Location of Cherry Messenger
Many people don't know where Cherry Messenger is or how to access it. The first time I tried finding it, I couldn't locate it either but now that I know I shall provide the path to this hidden gateway. CC staff usually takes 2-3 working days* to reply a question submitted to the Cherry Messenger but they may also take a longer time (unless otherwise stated), please be patient.
*Working days are counted as Mondays to Fridays. Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are NON-working days.
1. Go to "BRING ME TO:" (top of page)
2. Click "Cherry Exchange"
3. On the left sidebar, you should see "Cherry Messenger"
4. You will need to re-login to verify your account on the "Authorize Me" page when you use Cherry Messenger/Cherry Exchange features
Please note that if it your first time accessing the Cherry Exchange they may require you to fill out some personal details before letting you use Cherry Messenger
Cherry Messenger is used to contact CC staff regarding certain issues in the game like account issues, ban appeals, technical problems and general DN SEA questions.
Cherry Exchange also holds the location of changing information for your CC/game account (eg. password, email etc.)
